L'insertion sociale et professionnelle des jeunes de 17 à moins de 26 ans, sans qualification, sans diplôme, sorti du système scolaire depuis plus d'un an. L'École de la 2e Chance en Champagne-Ardenne s'adresse à tous les jeunes âgés de 17 à moins de 26 ans de niveau infra V ayant quitté le système scolaire depuis plus d'un an, sans diplôme. Le seul critère d'entrée demeure la motivation à s'engager sur une dynamique d'insertion professionnelle dans le cadre d'un dispositif de formation et d'en accepter les contraintes. La volonté personnelle de chaque jeune de s'en sortir et de profiter pleinement des moyens mis à sa disposition est une condition essentielle pour la réussite du projet individuel mais également pour l'équilibre collectif.
