Le projet SismEau vise à étudier les zones karstiques, très répandues sur le territoire régional, afin de comprendre les modalités de stockage de l'eau dans ces roches poreuses. Connues pour ne jamais tarir, malgré des précipitations rares, ces roches constituent un atout indéniable en matière de gestion de l'eau. L'utilisation de technique innovantes, et notamment la gravimétrie et la sismologie, doit permettre d'améliorer les connaissances dans ce domaine aujourd’hui cloisonné dans des techniques hydrogéologiques classiques (forages, mesures de chimie…). Ce projet doit permettre de développer un ensemble complet de démonstration, accessible sur un site web dédié et détaillant les données acquises sur le terrain ainsi qu'un ensemble d'outils informatiques permettant d'estimer les variations de stock en eau de ces roches à partir du bruit. The use of innovative techniques, in particular gravimetry and seismology, must improve knowledge in this field now partitioned in conventional hydrogeological techniques (drilling, chemical measurements, etc.). This project will allow the development of a complete demonstration package, accessible on a dedicated website and detailing the data acquired in the field, as well as a set of computer tools for estimating changes in the water stock of these rocks from noise.
