La pépinière d'Initiatives Léo Lagrange (PILL) accompagne les porteurs de projet de façon à la fois renforcée et individualisée dans les phases amont de l'idée et du projet de création en promouvant l'insertion au sens large du terme, la dynamisation du public, et la transmission de techniques de travail. Son approche place le porteur de projet au centre de la démarche en tenant compte de ses contraintes personnelles, professionnelles, et sociales. La PILL favorise l'appropriation du parcours de création d'entreprise et la rend accessible au plus grand nombre grâce à une pédagogie adaptée et globale. Il est question d'accompagner le créateur dans la construction de son projet, de le soutenir dans la professionnalisation de sa posture et de sa communication puis de coordonner son parcours vers des structures partenaires ou des professionnels pour mettre en œuvre la suite de la démarche ou obtenir des informations spécifiques. Cette action intègre également la gestion des fins de non-retour et le deuil du projet quand les conditions ne sont pas réunies, afin de favoriser le rebond et plus largement d'utiliser la dynamique de création comme un moteur d'insertion et de remobilisation professionnelle. The incubator of Léo Lagrange Initiatives (PILL) supports project promoters in a way that is both reinforced and individualised in the upstream phases of the idea and the project of creation by promoting the insertion in the broad sense of the term, the revitalisation of the public, and the transmission of work techniques. His approach places the project leader at the centre of the process, taking into account his personal, professional, and social constraints. The PILL promotes ownership of the business pathway and makes it accessible to as many people as possible thanks to an adapted and comprehensive pedagogy. The aim is to accompany the creator in the construction of his project, to support him in the professionalisation of his posture and communication and then to coordinate his journey towards partner structures or professionals to implement the next step or obtain specific information. This action also integrates the management of the purposes of non-return and the mourning of the project when the conditions are not met, in order to promote rebound and to use the dynamics of creation as an engine of insertion and professional remobilisation.
