Le présent dossier concerne la réhabilitation énergétique de 64 logements collectifs dans la résidence Le Cannas à Sète. Le programme des travaux prévoit: - la réfection des façades, - l'isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, - le remplacement des menuiseries extérieures, - la réfection des toitures, - le remplacement des chaudières gaz et installation d'un système de régulation - la réfection des réseaux de plomberie. La performance énergétique après travaux est conforme au label BBC rénovation. (French)
