Ils permettent d'apporter une information claire aux élus sur les consommations, coûts et émissions de CO2 liés à leur patrimoine._x000D_Cette analyse met souvent en avant des leviers simples d'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique des installations. Des travaux plus lourds peuvent également être préconisés. (French)
