L'objectif de la FNARS, à travers cette opération, est de professionnaliser l'accompagnement réalisé par les structures d'insertion, de le promouvoir et de permettre à ses adhérents de s'intégrer et d'intervenir en complémentarité d'autres acteurs pour renforcer les possibilités d'accès à l'emploi des publics les plus vulnérables. La FNARS interviendra à 2 niveaux : * La conduite d’une expérimentation nationale visant le rapprochement avec les acteurs économiques, dans l'objectif d'inscrire les acteurs de l'IAE, comme des partenaires pertinents pour fluidifier les parcours d'insertion, définir des dynamiques d'insertion en s'adaptant aux besoins des personnes éloignées de l'emploi et à ceux des entreprises. * Le renforcement des coopérations entre les différents acteurs intervenant dans l'accompagnement des personnes pour favoriser le retour à une dynamique d'insertion professionnelle (French)

FNARS will intervene at 2 levels: * The conduct of a national experiment aimed at bringing together economic actors, with the aim of enrolling EIA actors as relevant partners in order to smooth the pathways of integration, define integration dynamics by adapting themselves to the needs of people away from employment and those of businesses. * The strengthening of cooperation between the various actors involved in supporting people in order to promote a return to a dynamic of professional integration (English)
