The Formaposte d’Ile-de-France, an association “law 1901”, is a CFA called “out the walls”, which welcomes about 1,300 young people in training courses at levels V, IV and III (CAP, BP, BTS) in apprenticeship contracts and professionalisation contracts recognised by the State. The CFA has included in its project of establishment the reception of all the public, including those furthest from employment. Currently, a high rate of early school leaving for these young people is observed in particular on level V alternance training. The European Social Fund co-finances projects, which implement specific measures to lift up, upstream and downstream of the dropout and which promote coordination of actors on the ground. For example, Formaposte is carrying out an ESF project, whose objective is to reduce career breaks, by proposing accompanying measures for 500 level IV and V young people: —in amont:repérer the desire of young people for dual training in order to better guide them, -at the beginning of parcours:pendant the trial period (period at risk) to carry out a personalised pedagogical follow-up promoting his/her adaptation to the workplace and integration, — throughout formation:sécuriser the progress of the young person in his or her career through better coordination of the pedagogical and professional mentors (developed digital tools), -in the end of parcours:pour enhance their skills and promote their professional integration.
