Parce que certains métiers d’art ne disposent plus de filière de formation, mais aussi pour la conservation des spécialités de certains professionnels ou encore du patrimoine culturel des entreprises transmises de génération en génération, la Fédération Régionale des Métiers d’Art d’Alsace a mis en place un dispositif de transmission des savoir-faire rares. Le projet s'appuie sur la transmission des savoir-faire par un enseignement direct, délivré sur une année renouvelable par un artisan d'art au sein de son propre atelier. En complément, les stagiaires suivent un programme pédagogique en regroupement dans les domaines de l’histoire de l’art, de la création artistique, de la communication, de la création-reprise d'entreprise, etc. (French)
