L'opération a pour objectif principal l'accompagnement des jeunes NEET vers l'autonomie et l'emploi, elle passe par la mise en oeuvre d'actions concrètes : \- action de répérage et d'accompagnement des jeunes décrocheurs, décrochés avec l'Education Nationale, le CIO et la MLDS, suivi de l'action... \- action coaching vers et dans l'emploi : (dont alternance et parrainage). pour les jeunes proches de l'employabilité. Accompagnement, coaching, mise en oeuvre d'actions collectives, prospections, mises en relatrion, immersion, contacts entreprises, TRE, parrainage... \- action d'accompagnement des jeunes sous main de justice : jeunes NEET cumulant les difficultés y compris avec la justice, cette problèmatique les éloignant encore plus de l'emploi \- action de sensibilisation et d'accompagnement des jeunes dans l'entreprenariat : pour les jeunes qualifiés ou non ne trouvant pas d'emploi, sensibilisation, démystification de la création et accompagnement en amont jusqu'à la réalisation de leur entreprise ou leur projet.
