The project consists of the creation of an entertainment and leisure centre in Case Navire 97233 SCHOELCHER on a plot of 4 742 m² with a parking lot of 72 places. On the ground will be operated 4 indoor football fields, 3 padel pitches, a restaurant on a floor area of 200 m² and a virtual multimedia space. The entire site will be designed to facilitate the movement of persons with disabilities. The complex will incorporate into its design measures that will promote energetic transition and sustainable development (posing solar panels, LED light bulbs for lighting, sorting of waste and installation of charging stations for electric vehicles). As of the first year, 17 people will be assigned to the operation of the activity. RC SPORT CENTER est un projet d’animation et de loisirs qui met en avant deux thématiques récréatives en prévoyant : •Un pôle d’animation avec la pratique en salle de deux sports (le football en salle et le padel) et de jeux virtuels •Un pôle de restauration intégrant des aspects de santé et de bien-être. Passionnés et expérimentés dans le domaine du sport, les actionnaires de la SAS RC SPORT CENTER ont souhaité développer sous l’enseigne SOCCERTIME MARTINIQUE un véritable centre de sports et de loisirs. L’enseigne développera ses activités à Case Navire, SCHOELCHER. Le projet consiste en la création d’un centre d’animation et de loisirs à Case Navire 97233 SCHOELCHER sur un terrain de 4 742 m2 avec un parking de 72 places. Sur le terrain seront exploités 4 terrains de football en salle, 3 terrains de padel, un restaurant sur une surface au sol de 200 m2 ainsi qu’un espace multimédia virtuel. L’ensemble du site sera aménagé de façon à faciliter le déplacement des personnes à handicap. Le complexe intégrera dans sa conception des mesures qui favoriseront la transition énergique ainsi que le développement durable (pose de panneaux solaires, ampoules LED pour l’éclairage, tri des déchets et pose de bornes de rechargement pour les véhicules électriques). Dès la première année, 17 personnes seront affectées à l’exploitation de l’activité.
