La Mission Locale du Pays de Brest souhaite mettre un accent particulier sur tout ce qui peut favoriser l'accès à l'emploi et à la formation des jeunes sous main de justice. Le renforcement des actions visant l'insertion durable des publics éloignés de l'emploi est visé. Pour toutes les raisons évoquées ci-dessus, il nous semble que, désormais, les parcours de ces jeunes, vers la qualification et vers l'emploi, doivent être davantage soutenus. L'action envisagée s'appuiera sur les antennes et sur les services de la Mission Locale, ainsi que sur l'engagement de certains partenaires. L'action habituelle menée en direction de tout jeune suivi Justice est organisée de la façon suivante : \- Interventions régulières auprès des jeunes détenus : \- Préparation de leur réinsertion sociale et professionnelle \- Liens opérationnels avec l'ensemble des opérateurs de l'insertion (Mission Locale, SPIP, structures d'insertion, Organismes de formation). Pour faciliter l'insertion des jeunes détenus, il est prévu qu'un conseiller en insertion intervienne régulièrement à la Maison d'Arrêt. La Maison d'Arrêt a un caractère départemental, le conseiller en insertion intervenant devra établir, selon le domicile du jeune, les liens nécessaires pour préparer sa sortie Le travail consistera à conduire avec chaque jeune un projet professionnel et social en lien avec les Missions Locales du département et autres partenaires de sa zone de résidence concourrant à sa réinsertion L'action se déroulera du 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2014 en intervention permanente. Strengthening actions aimed at the sustainable integration of those who are away from employment is targeted. For all the reasons mentioned above, it seems to us that the paths of these young people, towards qualification and employment, must now be given greater support. The proposed action will be based on the branches and services of the Local Mission, as well as the commitment of certain partners. The usual action for any young Justice follow-up is organised as follows: \- Regular interventions with young prisoners: \- Preparation for their social and professional reintegration \- Operational links with all integration operators (Local Mission, SPIP, Integration Structures, Training Organisations). In order to facilitate the integration of young prisoners, it is foreseen that an integration counsellor will regularly intervene at the Maison d’Arrêt. The Maison d’Arrêt has a departmental character, the integration counsellor involved will have to establish, according to the young person’s home, the links necessary to prepare his or her exit The work will consist of conducting with each young person a professional and social project in connection with the local missions of the department and other partners in his area of residence contributing to his/her reintegration The action will take place from 1 January to 31 December 2014 in permanent intervention.
