Created in 2006, the CFA National Federation of Sports, Animation and Tourism Trades brings together 19 CFAs providing training in the context of apprenticeships. It was born out of the desire to pool the reflections and proposals of a professional field which is expanding and changing and to promote apprenticeship in the national territory, a real stepping stone towards the integration of young people into the labour market. Supported by the Ministry of Sports and the professional branches, it now trains more than 3,000 apprentices for more than 1,000,000 hours of training. The aim of the Federation is to promote social and professional integration and access to employment for young people through the development of apprenticeships in these sectors of activity. It represents at national level the 19 CFAs for the professions of sport, animation and tourism and their interests with professional branches, public authorities, local authorities and the various bodies concerned with learning issues. Créée en 2006, la fédération nationale des CFA des métiers du sport, de l'animation et du tourisme regroupe 19 CFA dispensant les formations dans le cadre de l'apprentissage. Elle est née de la volonté de mutualiser les réflexions et propositions d'un champ professionnel en extension et en pleine mutation et de promouvoir sur le territoire national l'apprentissage, véritable tremplin vers l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes. Soutenue par le Ministère des Sports et les branches professionnelles, elle forme aujourd'hui plus de 3000 apprentis pour plus de 1 000 000 heures de formation dispensées. La Fédération a pour objet de favoriser l’insertion sociale et professionnelle, et l’accès à l’emploi des jeunes par le développement de l’apprentissage dans ces secteurs d’activité. Elle représente au plan national les 19 CFA des métiers du sport, de l’animation et du tourisme et leurs intérêts auprès des branches professionnelles, des pouvoirs publics, des collectivités territoriales et des différents organismes concernés par les questions d’apprentissage. Elle poursuit une réflexion sur le développement et le fonctionnement des CFA, propose des orientations stratégiques, mutualise les savoirs faire et les expériences de chacun d’eux. (French)
