This action focuses on different themes and workshops, all of which have as their purpose, in connection with a return to work on a part-time basis, adaptation or rehabilitation to working life; the return to life autonomy with a view to successful inclusion: The restructuring of the administrative and social situation in individual support: assessment of the individual situation of the persons receiving both professional and social services (procedures to be carried out; objectives to be achieved and means to be implemented). Collective work workshops: “Working Life Adaptation Workshops” * Digital Workshop: to enable everyone to have digital autonomy in order to be able to cope with the various administrative and job-seeking requirements. * CV workshop: know how to structure a CV and update it according to the needs of companies * Learn to be Workshop: in view of the current labour market situation, the importance for employers to have more motivated than qualified staff it seems appropriate to propose to those wishing to return to work to define more clearly what these skills are and what are the expectations of employers * Reorientation workshop: through an “Explorama” tool, people who do not have professional objectives or know what to turn to, can work on a project from professional fields or transferable skills. * Refresher workshops in basic knowledge: with a tool “1001 Letters” to promote a reopening of a certain “brain gymnastics” in order to facilitate return to employment but above all to qualifying training. * Work around the garden: offer working time and knowledge sharing to promote better nutrition at lower cost. * Work on the autonomy of daily life: budget management (processed internally or through external partnerships if necessary), maintenance of accommodation via the community service on maintenance of premises and maintenance of studios. Cette action s'articule en effet autour de différentes thématiques et ateliers ayant tous comme finalité, en lien avec une reprise de travail à temps partiel, l'adaptation ou réadaptation à la vie active; le retour à une autonomie de vie en vue d'une inclusion réussie: \- La restructuration de la situation administrative et sociale en accompagnement individuel: mise à plat de la situation individuelle des personnes accueillies tant professionnelle que sociale(démarches à effectuer; objectifs à atteindre et moyens à mettre en oeuvre). -Les ateliers de travail collectifs: "Ateliers d'adaptation à la vie active" * Atelier numérique: permettre à chacun d'avoir une autonomie numérique en vue de pouvoir faire face aux différents exigences administratives et de recherche d'emplois. * Atelier CV: savoir structurer un CV et le mettre à jour en fonction des besoins des entreprises * Atelier savoirs êtres: avec comme constat au vu de la conjoncture du marché du travail dans le jura actuel l'importance pour les employeurs d'avoir du personnel plus motivé que qualifié il nous semble judicieux de proposer aux personnes souhaitant un retour à l'emploi de définir plus clairement quels sont ces savoirs êtres et quelles sont les attentes des employeurs * Atelier de réorientation professionnelle: via un outil "l'explorama" permettre aux personnes n'ayant pas d'objectifs professionnels ou ne sachant vers quoi se tourner, de travailler sur un projet en partant de domaines professionnels ou de compétences transférables. * Ateliers de remise à niveau en savoirs de base: avec un outil "1001 Lettres" favoriser une remise en marche d'une certaine "gymnastique cérébrale" en vue de faciliter les retours à l'emploi mais surtout à la formation qualifiante. * Travail autour du jardin: proposer un temps de travail et de partage de connaissances pour favoriser une meilleure alimentation à moindre coût. * Travail sur l'autonomie de vie quotidienne: gestion de budget (traité en interne ou via des partenariats extérieurs si besoin),entretien de logement via le service communautaire sur l'entretien de locaux et sur l'entretien des studios. Ces ateliers et temps de travail et d'accompagnement seront proposés, animés et encadrés par différents professionnels de la structure en fonction des spécificités de chacun: assistante sociale, conseillère en économie sociale et familiale, moniteur encadrant, moniteur référent, animateur et accompagnatrice socio-professionnelle.
