L'objectif principal de l'action est de donner aux personnes les moyens d'être autonomes dans leur recherche d'emploi, de multiplier les opportunités de confrontation de leur projet professionnel à la réalité du monde du travail _(connaissance de l'environnement du métier, appropriation de cette réalité)_ et de perfectionner leurs capacités relationnelles. Elle s'articule autour de deux collectifs, un atelier hebdomadaire et des ateliers thématiques autour du numérique. L'atelier hebdomadaire est centré sur le conseil dans le démarches "de mise à l'emploi": * Elaboration et/ou mise à jour des outils et techniques de recherche d'emploi, * Appui dans les démarches de recherche d'emploi * Mise à disposition des offres d'emploi du Pôle Emploi, de la presse, du réseau partenarial, * orientation sur des actions, formations, prestations Depuis 2017, nous avons priorisé la thématique sur la fracture numérique en prévoyant 10 journées thématiques sur l'initiation à l'outil Internet.
