Identifying young people eligible for this action by the Mission Local Councillors (youth already integrated into the PLIE before 2019, young people integrating the PLIE in 2019-2020 and in the final phase of negotiation of employment contract). This action will mainly concern young beneficiaries of the PACEA programme, but young ‘non-CAPEA’ will be able to integrate the action at the margins and also young people from the IEJ programme. As part of this action, the difficulties likely to hinder the retention of young people in employment (mobility, know-being, integration into the enterprise, discrimination, mentoring, personal organisation, lack of knowledge of labour law, illiteracy, health, disability) will be identified with him in an individual and formalised interview. Young people will be involved in finding possible solutions and partnerships. The young person will benefit from enhanced joint support from the action reference. At the same time, the cross-cutting services of the local mission will be mobilised according to the problems diagnosed. Active partnership with companies will be sought by employment advisors: research and negotiation of the employment contract, adherence of companies to the proposed approach, presentation of candidates, analysis of the job and working conditions. Close monitoring in the company will be carried out during the first 6 months: contact during the trial period, telephone or physical contacts as required. This monitoring will make it possible to detect the difficulties encountered in the workplace by the young person and/or the employer and to put in place the necessary means for their resolutions. (French)
