De part l _'encadrement au quotidien par les encadrants du chantier et la prestation d'accompagnement renforcé_ , le chantier contribue à l'insertion professionnelle de personnes en difficultés. Le projet social du chantier d'insertion est de remobiliser des personnes en recherche d'une insertion professionnelle durable en leur permettant de retrouver des habitudes de travail, d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences, d'identifier et de résoudre les principaux freins à leur insertion professionnelle, de découvrir des métiers, d'élaborer un projet professionnel, d'engager des démarches vers l'emploi avec le suivi d'une formation d'accompagnement renforcé. Il est proposé aux personnes en difficultés d'insertion une activité salariée dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée d'insertion de 26h00 hebdomadaire pour une durée de 6 mois éventuellement renouvelable dans certains cas, avec en parallèle un accompagnement pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes périphériques à l'emploi (logement, santé, mobilité...) et accompagner dans la réalisation de projet d'emploi et/ou de formation. Des actions sont donc menées toute l'année sur le territoire d'Arc Sud Bretagne. (French)
