The ACI “Le Mans Jeunes” offers a pathway of socio-professional integration to young people from the QPV neighbourhoods of Le Mans Métropole, young people away from employment, low-skilled, often accumulating various socio-economic barriers to integration into the world of work. This action builds on the levers of inclusion through economic activity: \- a common law employment contract of 20 hours per week divided into 5 half-days of work, \- an overall support of the person on his social situation and his/her professional project, \- a close partnership with the various integration/employment/training partners, whether institutional, associative, or in connection with the company, to work on the removal of barriers to employment and the course sequence. The ESF contribution allows 14 employees under 26 years of age to be placed on secondary building supports, mainly painting, which are entrusted to us by Le mans Habitat, since the aim is to contribute to urban renewal in the QPV districts of Le Mans. The ESF will allow this year to maintain the resources necessary for quality care for the people welcomed on the ACI Le Mans Jeunes site. (English) | |||||||||||||||

L'ACI « Le Mans Jeunes » propose un parcours d'insertion socioprofessionnel à des jeunes issus des quartiers QPV de le Mans Métropole, jeunes éloignés de l'emploi, peu qualifiés, cumulant souvent différents freins socio-économiques à une insertion dans le monde du travail. Cette action s'appuie sur les leviers de l'insertion par l'activité économique : \- un contrat de travail de droit commun de 20 heures par semaine réparties en 5 demi-journées de travail, \- un accompagnement global de la personne sur sa situation sociale et son projet professionnel, \- un partenariat étroit avec les différents partenaires insertion/emploi/formation, qu'ils soient institutionnels, associatifs, ou en lien avec l'entreprise, pour travailler sur la levée des freins à l'emploi et la suite de parcours. La contribution du FSE permet d'accueillir 14 salariés de moins de 26 ans en parcours d'insertion sur des supports second-oeuvre bâtiment, essentiellement peinture, qui nous sont confiés par Le mans Habitat, puisqu'il s'agit de contribuer à la rénovation urbaine dans les quartiers QPV du Mans. Le FSE permettra de maintenir cette année les moyens nécessaires à une prise en charge de qualité des personnes accueillies sur le chantier ACI Le Mans Jeunes. (French)
