It implements specific reception and support arrangements._" Article L5132-1 of the Labour Code Resourcery is a tool that is fully in line with the Association’s tasks (Article 2 of the Statutes): In a spirit of respect and human promotion the aim of the association is to meet and accompany people in difficulty, whether economic, social, physical or psychological. To combat all forms of exclusion or discrimination._ Recognised and engaged insertion site “La Ressourcerie” employs **37 employees in integration, i.e. 27.45 FTEs on CDDI, 26 hours a week** (up to 30h). As such, the activities of the CLEDE Resource Centre have been recognised as part of the chain of ‘recovery of waste by re-use, recycling or any other action aimed at obtaining, from waste, reusable materials or energy’. A resource company implements waste reduction at source, reuse and recycling around three objectives: *Environmental: preserving resources and natural environments, changing behaviour towards active eco-citizenship; * Economics: transforming waste into resources; * Social: acting for sustainable development in the spirit of a solidarity-based economy. _**3\. Perspectives**_ In 2018, the Association to request the Gard Local Accompanyment Device (DLA) for individual support. Indeed, future changes require a reflection prior to the strategic choice that the leaders of the association must make for future years. The components of the current situation and the issues on which the reflections are carried out relate to the following points: * The retirement of the technical manager of the “All For the Child” site at the end of September 2018, * The search for new actions, since the overall strategic project of the Resourcerie envisages the development of turnover, * The current configuration of the premises also poses more and more organisational and operational problems.     **L'activité de la Ressourcerie consiste à proposer une véritable mise en situation professionnelle au travers de ses activités.** L'équipe de la Ressourcerie structure un **cadre de travail repérant** pour les personnes qui travaillent dans les chantiers. Elle propose un **accompagnement de proximité** qui vient soutenir la démarche de projet professionnel et favorise l'accès à la formation qualifiante et à l'emploi. La Ressourcerie La Clède, en tant que chantier d’insertion et ressourcerie, a une double mission: * **L’insertion sociale et professionnelle** * **La réduction des déchets** sur notre territoire **_1\. L’insertion sociale et professionnelle_** L’association La Clède est une association locale mettant en œuvre des actions d'Insertion par l'Activité Economique. « _L'insertion par l'activité économique a pour objet de permettre à des personnes sans emploi, rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles particulières, de bénéficier de contrats de travail en vue de faciliter leur insertion sociale et professionnelle. La durée du contrat étant de 4 mois renouvelable 3 fois. Les salariés des structures de l’IAE bénéficient d’un accompagnement socio- professionnel individualisé réalisé par une Conseillère Emploi Formation avec l’appui de l’équipe d’encadrement. **L’accompagnement socio-professionnel** permet de travailler avec le salarié à la construction et à la mise en œuvre d’un projet professionnel durable : diagnostic, étapes définies à partir d’objectifs à court, moyen et long terme réajustées si nécessaire, définition du parcours de formation, acquisition de techniques de recherche d’emploi. Le salarié en insertion est acteur de cet accompagnement. L’objectif est de favoriser l’accès, le retour à l’emploi des salariés et/ou l’accès à la formation professionnelle. **_2\. La Clède a développé un support d'activité correspondant au concept de Ressourcerie :_** L'Association La CLEDE fait partie depuis décembre 2007 du **Réseau des RESSOURCERIES**. A ce titre, les activités de la Ressourcerie de la CLEDE ont été reconnues comme faisant partie de la chaîne de « valorisation des déchets par réemploi, recyclage ou toute autre action qui vise à obtenir, à partir des déchets des matériaux réutilisables ou de l'énergie ». Une ressourcerie met en œuvre la réduction des déchets à la source, le réemploi et le recyclage autour de trois objectifs : * Environnemental : préserver les ressources et les milieux naturels, faire évoluer les comportements vers l'éco-citoyenneté active ; * Economique : transformer les déchets en ressources ; * Social : agir pour le développement durable dans l'esprit d'une économie solidaire. _**3\. Perspectives**_ En 2018, l’Association à solliciter le Dispositif Local d’Accompagnement (DLA) du Gard pour un accompagnement individuel. En effet des changements à venir nécessitent une réflexion préalable au choix stratégique que les responsables de l'association doivent faire pour les années futures.
