As part of these co-built devices, Apprentis d’Auteuil acts on three levels: **_1) Enhanced personalised support_** This accompaniment is based on 3 themes: 1\. social support aimed at identifying, identifying and addressing social problems and removing barriers to integration; 2\. pedagogical accompaniment and follow-up to recognise and take into account the uniqueness of young people, to position the social dimension of apprenticeships in an empowering and identity-building perspective, and to value and capitalise on professional achievements for greater self-confidence and better assurance (assets of professional identity); 3\. accompanying towards and in employment in order to acquire, beyond knowledge and know-how, a know-being and behaviour adapted to the expectations and requirements of employers, Enhanced personalised support is provided by qualified professionals, “Employment Advisors Insertion Training”. **_2) the introduction of original training arrangements in relation to partner companies_** We set up an ambitious partnership with a network of partner companies to develop: * Real situations under the benevolent gaze of a professional; * Workshops: workshops offered by professionals from partner companies who come to talk and exchange with young people in their trade, the organisation of the production chain, the culture of their company... * The sponsorship or coaching both on job-seeking or on the exercise of the profession in real situation (in particular on postures, techniques...) These missions are carried out by an Autheuil Apprenticeship employee responsible for the programme. **_3) methods of identifying and “sourcing” open and targeted to young NEETs in difficulties_** To empower young people as soon as they enter the scheme, all young people who join the scheme must express their motivation and interest in the profession concerned. On the other hand, there are no diploma or qualification criteria. We seek to make our system known to the young NEETs furthest from employment by working closely with the Local Missions, the Children’s Houses that welcome young people in the framework of child protection, neighbourhood associations... We have also put in place a communication strategy on social networks to reach out to groups of young people from priority neighbourhoods. If necessary, in particular if the young person is not up to date in his administrative procedures (registration Pôle Emploi, sickness insurance,...) or if he needs help on the issue of transport or childcare, he can be accompanied from the sourcing phase. Note: The originality of our project is that we are part of common law schemes, which Learn d’Auteuil reinforces by complementary qualitative measures to secure the paths of young people most in difficulty. For pre-qualification, we work with the OPCA of the professional branch and the Employment Department to set up an “operational preparation for collective employment”. Both actors see their interest in working with Apprentis d’Auteuil in view of this qualitative contribution. They work as for all other POECs: by launching a call for projects to select a provider training organisation able to provide the theoretical modules of the POEC. The training organisation is paid directly by Pôle Emploi and the OPCA. Young people become trainees in vocational training. In the qualification phase, they are part of the classic framework of an apprenticeship and professionalisation contract and young people are therefore given the corresponding status. (English)
