The action consists of offering pedagogical preparation in the form of oral, written and role-playing exercises in order to prepare participants for the various recruitment situations they may encounter. Depending on the sectors, employment or training targeted, the recruitment process involves several steps that are obstacles: application file, registration forms, motivation interview, psychotechnical or logical tests, etc. Each participant of the PLIE scheme presents, according to their school curriculum, professional experience, age, origin, training, individual skills more or less mastered (counting, understanding, arguing). However, in the course of the recruitment process, these candidates are often challenged because these tests are a source of concern and destabilisation, unless they are prepared for them. The content of the workshop aims to raise awareness, train participants and develop their skills in three areas crucial to employers‘and training centres’ recruitment practices. These areas are as follows: * job and training recruitment interviews * basic knowledge tests in French, mathematics * psychotechnical tests of abilities: verbal, numerical, logic, personality, motivation. The programme of the workshop is structured around these three areas of training and learning. It consists of three main modules: MODULE-1: Successful recruitment interviews MODULE-2: Pass my basic knowledge tests MODULE-3: Pass my psychotechnical tests and on pictograms (English) | |||||||||||||||
