The objective of this project is to improve the integrated pathways towards employment of participants by removing their barriers to employment. The project engineering of the P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne will allow the development of path stages facilitating the mastery of job search techniques by participants (preparation of job interviews), their geographical and professional mobility, the development of their digital skills, the definition of their professional project, the recovery of self-confidence, the discovery of jobs (hygiene and cleanliness), the development of job initiations (personal assistance, collective catering, home help), the co-financing of individual training courses, measures to improve the return to employment of people over 45 years of age. This path engineering results in the dissemination of tender specifications to competitive supplier bodies subject to a technical rating carried out by the PLIE and its partners (depending on the co-financers) and subject to validation by the Board of Directors or Bureau. L'objectif de ce projet est d'améliorer les parcours intégrés vers l'emploi des participants en permettant de lever leurs freins à l'emploi. L'ingénierie de projet du P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne va permettre de développer des étapes de parcours facilitant la maîtrise des techniques de recherche d'emploi par les participants (préparation des entretiens d'embauche), leur mobilité géographique et professionnelle, le développement de leurs compétences numériques, la définition de leur projet professionnel, la reprise de confiance en soi, la découverte de métiers (hygiène et propreté), le développement d'initiations métiers (aide à la personne, restauration collective, aide-ménagère), le cofinancement de formations individuelles, des actions permettant d'améliorer le retour à l'emploi des personnes âgées de plus de 45 ans. Cette ingénierie de parcours aboutit à la diffusion de cahiers de charges, auprès d'organismes prestataires mis en concurrence et faisant l'objet d'une notation technique effectuée par le PLIE et ses partenaires (en fonction des co-financeurs) et faisant l'objet d'une validation en Conseil d'administration ou Bureau. Le P.L.I.E assure ensuite le suivi du prestataire, tant sur le plan conventionnel qu'opérationnel. (French)
