The objective of this operation is to determine the frameworks for the coordination and animation of the offer of integration in the territory of the P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne, through: ° Animating the bodies of the PLIE Steering Committee ° The technical animation of the Commissions of Integration and Tracking of Courses (CISP) with a weekly frequency and addressing several themes: Career engineering, Corporate relations, Collective supervision of situations deemed sensitive, Study of applications at the entry and exit of the device. ° Participation in the bodies and meetings of partners in the territory At the technical level, the animation team has the following main tasks: ° Professionnalise the operational teams and in particular the managers of career paths on techniques to support employment, facilitate exchanges of practices, coordinate their intervention in collective mode with the participants. ° Develop a social engineering of projects to remove barriers to the employment of participants, via innovative projects to meet emerging needs ° Ensure the link with all the prescribers of the PLIE des Hauts de Garonne ° Piloting the output and results indicators, as well as the EU performance framework ° Administer the UP ViEsion database (English) | |||||||||||||||

L'objectif de cette opération est de déterminer les cadres de coordination et d'animation de l'offre d'insertion sur le territoire du P.L.I.E des Hauts de Garonne, à travers : ° L'animation des instances du Comité de Pilotage PLIE ° L'animation technique des Commissions d'Intégrations et de Suivis de Parcours (CISP) d'une fréquence hebdomadaire et abordant plusieurs thématiques : Ingénierie de parcours, Relations entreprises, Supervision collective de situations jugées délicates, Etude des candidatures à l'entrée du dispositif et à la sortie. ° La participation aux instances et aux réunions de partenaires sur le territoire Sur le plan technique, l'équipe d'animation se donne pour missions principales de : ° Professionnaliser les équipes opérationnelles et notamment les référents de parcours sur les techniques d'accompagnement vers l'emploi, animer des échanges de pratiques, coordonner leur intervention en mode collectif auprès des participants. ° Développer une ingénierie sociale de projets permettant de lever les freins à l'emploi des participants, via des projets innovants permettant de répondre à des besoins émergents ° Assurer le lien avec l'ensemble des prescripteurs du PLIE des Hauts de Garonne ° Piloter les indicateurs de réalisation et de résultats, ainsi que le cadre de performance UE ° Administrer la base de données UP Viesion (French)
