This project will enable **200** temporary workers in the former Languedoc- Roussillon region to strengthen their skills, develop and consider occupational mobility through the financing of training activities related to the immediate and future needs of the territory. Thus, this project contributes to securing career paths and coping with changes by developing skills and professionalising temporary staff **_The action aims to_** **:** * Develop access to professionalisation measures on the basis of territorial needs identified in the framework of collective operations between ETTs accompanied by FAF.TT * To allow temporary staff to access a first level of qualification * Complete the experience acquired during temporary work assignments by a different training or qualification, or even complementary to the following categories of training in the context_****: As a result, special attention will be paid to the mix of training groups within the project. And targeted actions aimed at women will be envisaged on certain employment pools: __Example__: qualifying Life Assistant Training in the Perpignan Basin * **This operation will be based in its implementation on the members of the inter-regional delegation of the FAF.TT consisting of an inter-disciplinary team:** _Their contribution, which is not financially valued under the ESF project, will cover two areas of action:_ * **_The implementation of the training actions in:_** * Supporting the TTEs in carrying out training actions resulting from shared diagnostics in the framework of animation territorial * Expanding the professionalisation of temporary workers in relation to the needs of individuals and sectors of activity by employment area * **_The mobilisation of the service offer of the branch and the territorial partners by:_** * Mobilising the support offered by the FAF.TT within the framework of the Professional Development Council * Mobilising staff in charge of disability and languages & skills of FAF.TT * Mobilising the service offer of the Fastt (Fund d’Action Sociale du Travail Temporaire) for the benefit of Languedocian temporary workers to help lift the peripheral barriers to training and employment * Associating and accompanying all partners and local actors in training and employment (Agefiph, job cap, local mission, employment cluster...)     Ce projet va permettre à **200** salariés intérimaires en ex région Languedoc- Roussillon de renforcer leurs compétences, d’évoluer et d’envisager des mobilités professionnelles grâce aux financements d’actions de formation en lien avec les besoins immédiats et futurs du territoire. Ainsi, ce projet contribue à sécuriser les parcours et à faire face aux mutations en développant les compétences et en professionnalisant les intérimaires **_L'action vise à_** **:** * Développer l'accès aux actions de professionnalisation sur la base de besoins territoriaux identifiés dans le cadre d'opérations collectives inter ETT accompagnées par le FAF.TT * Permettre à des intérimaires peu ou pas qualifiés d’accéder à un premier niveau de qualification * Compléter les expériences acquises lors de missions de travail temporaire par une formation ou une qualification différente, voire complémentaire **_A partir d’actions de formation dans le cadre_** **:** * D’opérations collectives entre les ETT * D’actions individuelles accompagnées par le FAF.TT **Ce projet vise tout autant le public intérimaire de droit commun que le public issu de l’insertion par l’activité économique (via les ETTI) et des quartiers politique de la ville** * **Un ciblage prioritaire portera sur les catégories suivantes :** _Les salariés intérimaires les moins qualifiés_ c’est-à-dire qui n’ont pas ou peu de diplôme (niveau IV et infra) En Occitanie plus de **50%** des salariés intérimaires ayant suivi une formation ont un niveau V et infra **_Les Femmes_** __ En Occitanie, elles représentent **11,8%** des intérimaires formés. De ce fait, une attention particulière sera portée à la mixité des groupes de formation dans le cadre du projet. Et des actions ciblées en direction des femmes seront envisagées sur certains bassins d’emploi : __Exemple__ : formation qualifiante assistante de vie sur le bassin de Perpignan * **Cette opération s’appuiera dans sa mise en œuvre sur les membres de la délégation inter-régionale du FAF.TT constituée d’une équipe inter disciplinaire :** _Leur contribution, non valorisée financièrement au titre du projet FSE, portera sur deux domaines d’actions :_ * **_La mise en œuvre des actions de formation en :_** * Accompagnant les ETT dans la réalisation des actions de formation issues de diagnostics partagés dans le cadre de l’animation territoriale * Développant les actions de professionnalisation des intérimaires en lien avec les besoins des individus et des secteurs d’activités par bassin d’emploi * **_La mobilisation de l’offre de service de la branche et des partenaires territoriaux en :_** * Mobilisant l'accompagnement proposé par le FAF.TT dans le cadre du Conseil en Evolution professionnelle * Mobilisant les chargées de mission Handicap et Langues & compétences du FAF.TT * Mobilisant l'offre de service du Fastt (Fonds d'Action Sociale du Travail Temporaire) au bénéfice des parcours des salariés intérimaires Languedocien pour favoriser la levée des freins périphériques à la formation et à l'emploi * Associant et accompagnant tous les partenaires et acteurs locaux de la formation et de l’emploi (Agefiph, cap emploi, mission locale, pôle emploi…) (French)
