Mission **two positions of Professional Insertion Advisor — Career References** to respond to the PLIE Referring Call for Projects. **Publics will be oriented by PLIE** to the referent. The accompaniment is intended to: 1. **Characterise the situation of the participant**, i.e. identify his/her needs and develop with him his/her professional project, focusing on multidisciplinary and shared diagnoses. 2. **Removing professional brakes to employment**: job placement (i.e. periods of immersion, internship, assessment in the workplace, mentoring), working with EIA structures, with a view to its sustainable integration into employment. 3. **Removing social barriers to employment**, in particular through measures to acquire basic skills, support mobility, childcare, etc. by supporting their implementation where solutions do not exist or insufficiently, and where these actions form part of a pathway towards employment. The support provided is based on ** stages of the course**, combining socio-professional integration actions, through a co-construction of the course between the participant and the referent (materialised by a contract of objectives set together). Missionner **deux postes de Conseiller(e) en Insertion Professionnelle - Référentes de parcours** pour répondre à l’Appel à projets référents du PLIE. Les **publics seront orientés par le PLIE** vers le référent. L’accompagnement vise à : 1. **Caractériser la situation du participant** , c’est-à-dire identifier ses besoins et élaborer avec lui son projet professionnel, en privilégiant les diagnostics pluridisciplinaires et partagés. 2. **Lever les freins professionnels à l’emploi** : mise en situation professionnelle (périodes d’immersion, de stage, d’évaluation en milieu de travail, tutorat), travail avec les structures de l’IAE, en vue de son insertion durable dans l’emploi. 3. **Lever les freins sociaux à l’emploi** , notamment par des mesures d’acquisition de compétences de base, d’aide à la mobilité, de garde d’enfants… en soutenant leur mise en œuvre lorsque les solutions n’existent pas ou de manière insuffisante, et dès lors que ces actions s’inscrivent dans un parcours d’accompagnement à l’emploi. L’accompagnement mis en œuvre s’articule autour d’ **étapes de parcours** , combinant des actions d’insertion socio-professionnelle, à travers une co- construction du parcours entre le participant et le référent (matérialisé par un contrat d’objectifs fixés ensemble).
