The project focuses on the supervision and support of an audience in difficulty of insertion by putting in a working situation around different media. The project offers, on the one hand, a working situation around an agricultural holding. The public with integration difficulties is recruited on a fixed-term contract. He is trained and supervised by a market garden technician in order to quickly acquire the skills necessary for the exploitation of the land. At the same time, socio-professional support allows employees in integration to work on social difficulties and the search for employment or training. On the other hand, the project provides for animation missions in agroecology to adult audiences and children, thus enabling the acquisition of new interpersonal and communication skills, pedagogical, organising and adapting to different audiences. These actions already initiated on an ad hoc basis on our farms and at our partners (schools, social centres, hospitals, etc.) since 2015 have been developing and mobilising since 2017 a technical manager and a team of garden workers who have been totally or partially involved in these activities. Finally, the project offers a working situation around bicycle delivery. The public in integration difficulties is trained and supervised by a logistics technician in order to acquire the skills necessary to take charge of order, the customer relationship and the execution of deliveries. Riantec’s operation has on average 16 employees in CDDI, 2 deliverers in CUI-CAE, supervised by 4 maraichers (3.5 FTEs of which 1 for animations) and 1 logistics manager and accompanied by 1 insertion officer. They produce organic fruit and vegetables on 2 hectares and produce more than 180 baskets each week. The Pont-Scorff farm has an average of 16 employees in integration, supervised by 2 marshers and a third vegetable garden during the season, accompanied by 1 person responsible for insertion. They produce organic fruits and vegetables on 3 hectares and produce more than 170 baskets each week. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
