    Le CFA de la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Maine-et-Loire regroupe trois établissements à Angers, Cholet et Saumur. 2500 apprentis sont formés par an en alternance du CAP au Titre d’Ingénieur dans 9 secteurs d’activité porteurs (santé et soins de la personne, services aux entreprises, commerce et services à la personne, industrie, énergie, métiers d’art, bâtiment, hôtellerie/restauration, automobile). Le projet vise à augmenter le taux de réussite aux examens de 83 % au 1er janvier 2018 à 84 % au 31 décembre 2020. Le projet se décline en cinq actions : -Action 1 : innover pour renforcer la co-construction de la formation avec l’entreprise, -Action 2 : accompagner les jeunes à l’entrée en apprentissage pour fiabiliser et adapter les parcours de formation -Action 3 : innover pour gérer l’hétérogénéité des publics accueillis, -Action 4 : accompagner les formateurs dans les évolutions de leur métier (numérique et pédagogique), -Action 5 : accompagner les jeunes pendant la formation sur le plan psycho social pour sécuriser leurs parcours.
