**Rolling of the action**: The action will take place in two phases, a preventive phase carried out within the framework of collective information, and a curative phase carried out as part of individual support. It is complemented by an active commitment to partnership relations and the animation of the network: ****_**1- Collective Information Organisation**:_ It is carried out within the framework of collective information offered to already constituted groups of participants (e.g. Site of Insertion). We plan to organise 12 of them over the year. _Objective_: The primary objective is to raise awareness among participants about the problem of over-indebtedness. However, in order to prevent poorly controlled consumption, we propose to provide legal information on everyday consumption in a first training module. The aim here is to raise awareness of contractual liability. In a second module we study in a playful way the different forms of credit. We then turn to over-indebtedness in a second part. _Methodology_: The pedagogical approach aims in a playful way at a continuous interaction between the participants, the trainer and the training content. **Déroulement de l'action** : L'action se déroulera en deux phases, une phase préventive réalisée dans le cadre d'information collective, puis une phase curative réalisée dans le cadre d'un accompagnement individuel. Elle est complétée par un engagement actif dans les relations partenariales et l'animation du réseau: ****_**1- Organisation d'information Collective** :_ Elle est réalisée dans le cadre d'informations Collectives proposées à des groupes de participants déjà constitués (ex. Chantier d'Insertion). Nous prévoyons d'en organiser 12 sur l'année. _Objectif_ : L'objectif premier est de sensibiliser les participants à la problématique du surendettement. Mais pour prévenir une consommation mal maîtrisée nous proposons au préalable d'apporter dans un premier module de formation des informations juridiques sur des actes de consommation du quotidien. L'objectif ici est de les sensibiliser à la responsabilité contractuelle. Dans un second module nous étudions de façon ludique les différentes formes de crédits. Nous abordons ensuite dans une seconde partie le surendettement. _Méthodologie_ : La démarche pédagogique vise de façon ludique à une interaction permanente entre les participants, le formateur et les contenus de formation.
