Organisation of a specific seminar on innovation in public procurement in order to develop the integration of the clause in the markets. Mobilisation of elected representatives and principals to create a new territorial dynamic and to develop job offers through the provisions of the clauses. L’animation de la Clause Sociale Technowest, portée par un chargé de projets, s’effectue en lien avec les différents maîtres d’ouvrages (Bordeaux Métropole, Conseil Régionale, Aquitanis, Domofrance, Gironde Habitat, DREAL, Villes adhérentes au dispositif d’insertion PLIE Espace Technowest…) et toutes les entreprises attributaires. Il s’agit de mettre le volume horaire d’insertion spécifié dans le Cahier des Charges Administratives (CCAP) de l’entreprise ayant obtenu le marché. Organisation d'un séminaire spécifique sur l'innovation dans la commande publique afin de développer l'intégration de la clause dans les marchés. Mobilisation des élus et donneurs d'ordre pour créer une nouvelle dynamique territoriale et développer l'offre d'emploi via le dispositif des clauses. Ainsi, le chargé de projets est la personne ressource sur le territoire Technowest concernant les clauses sociales aussi bien pour les maîtres d’ouvrages que pour les entreprises. (French)
