This map will be produced by voluntary citizens who will walk the streets in search of its elements of interest (examples: fire terminals, tourist points, historic buildings, beaches, public benches, pedestrian crossings, parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, remarkable trees and plants...). At the end of the field surveys the data will be integrated into the OpenStreetMap (OSM) database. In the end the objective is to enrich the OSM background of the CAPA territory and to use the data in the CAPA SIG. Each cartopart will take place over a 1/2 day (~4 hours) and will be moderated by CAPA agents — Thematic “HiTech”: The idea is to organise 4 workshops over 24 months, i.e. 2 per year, on a topical digital theme (e.g. Big Data, Smart-City, Open Source, e-Citizenship, Digital Communication, Internet Security, Living Lab, Crowfunding, SIG). The aim is to bring in an expert from one or more of these fields for a workshop of presentation, brainstorming and working with the heads and agents of the ISDs of the communities/EPCI Corsica, the University Pascal PAOLI and possibly their respective representatives.
