Les objectifs mentionnés ci-après concernent l’ensemble du projet de BNR (volet Sillon lorrain et volets locaux) : •Améliorer la qualité de vie des citoyens et leur offrir un meilleur accès à la connaissance : Produire, diffuser et éditorialiser des contenus culturels numériques sur le web ; Accompagner la population dans le développement des usages numériques et pratiques culturelles utilisant les nouvelles technologies. •Contribuer à la valorisation et au développement économique du territoire lorrain et de la région Grand Est: Former la population aux pratiques numériques et nouvelles technologies qui participent au développement d’un écosystème numérique, à même de susciter l’innovation chez de futurs acteurs du numérique et de donner aux entreprises locales un marché élargi ; En lien avec le projet LORnTECH, les espaces repensés des bibliothèques, vitrines des savoir-faire lorrains, serviront d’espaces d’expérimentation et de démonstration de produits innovants d’entreprises locales ; Développer l’économie numérique collaborative dans la programmation des bibliothèques : fablabs, coentreprise, solidarité, économie citoyenne ; lien social et développement économique ; Fédérer les acteurs économiques locaux autour du projet culturel : organisation de hackathons ; Développer l’économie touristique grâce à la création de dispositifs de valorisation touristiques et culturels du territoire : applications internet, site web, etc. •Valoriser l'espace métropolit (French)
