We propose that participants regain confidence in themselves through two actions: 1. The first action represents two annual sessions of three weeks of training during which people will experience sharing and group exchange through the implementation of **theatre exercises**. These three weeks of training make it possible to remobilise the energy needed to carry out their professional project. • _Collective information is put in place: people are guided by the partners (employment department, local mission, refer cg37, PLIE reference, etc...) _ • **_The internship takes place over three weeks, 3 X 4 days_**._ • _The last day of the traineeship, a **restituent** of the internship in the form of representation in a small theatre is done in front of the socio-professional referents of the trainees, the partners.__ **individual interviews** are again carried out to exchange on the impacts of the internship, the profits reinvest in a job search, the steps in progress of the trainees..._ A **collective balance** allows us to take stock with a little step back in time. Review organised one month after the end of the training. **2\. The second action** is a weekly workshop open all year for audiences RSA/PLIE/YEUNE18-25 years The participants will discuss communication, relationships to others and daily situations (occupational and social approaches) through series of theatrical improvisation exercises oriented towards the world of work and job search. The dynamic created is based on the group, its wealth, its generosity, to benefit everyone. Also, we organise two social connections with a picnic in early July before the summer break and a Christmas meal in December. All people attending the workshop are invited to participate by sharing a collective meal. The first action is very intense for the public, people are experiencing changes and upheavals because they become aware of their strengths, their qualities and at the same time they better identify their difficulties. The second action allows a work over time, over a year, to practice to apply learning, to continue to practice speaking in front of a group, to set goals, to manage one’s emotions, to work posture in a future professional setting. Nous proposons aux participants de reprendre confiance en eux à travers deux actions: 1. la première action représente deux sessions annuels de trois semaines de formation durant lesquelles les personnes vivront une expérience de partage et d’échange en groupe par la mise en œuvre d'exercices de **théâtre**. Ces trois semaines de formation permettent de remobiliser l'énergie nécessaire à la réalisation de leur projet professionnel. • _Une information collective est mise en place : les personnes sont orientées par les partenaires (pôle emploi, mission locale, réfèrent cg37, référent PLIE, etc …) _ • **_Le stage a lieu sur trois semaines, 3 X 4 jours_** _._ • _Le dernier jour du stage, une **restitution** du stage sous forme de représentation dans un petit théâtre est faite devant les référents socio- professionnels des stagiaires, les partenaires._ _Des **entretiens individuels** sont à nouveau réalisés pour échanger sur les impacts du stage, les bénéfices réinvestir dans une recherche d'emploi, les démarches en cours des stagiaires..._ Un **bilan collectif** permet de faire le point avec un peu de recul dans le temps. Bilan organisé un mois après la fin des formations. **2\. La deuxième action** est un atelier hebdomadaire OUVERT toute l'année pour les publics RSA/PLIE/JEUNE18-25 ans Les participants aborderont la communication, les rapports aux autres et les situations quotidiennes (démarches professionnelles et sociales) par des séries d’exercices d’improvisation théâtrale orientés vers le monde du travail et la recherche d’emploi. La dynamique créée s’appuie sur le groupe, ses richesses, sa générosité, pour bénéficier à chacun. Aussi, nous organisons deux temps de lien social avec un pique-nique début juillet avant la pause de l'été et un repas de noel en décembre. Toutes les personnes fréquentant l'atelier sont invitées à participer en partageant un repas collectif. La première action est très intense pour le public, les personnes vivent des changements, des bouleversements car elles prennent conscience de leurs atouts, de leurs qualités et dans le même temps elles cernent mieux leurs difficultés. La deuxième action permet un travail dans le temps, sur une année, de s'exercer à mettre en application les apprentissages, de continuer à s'exercer à parler devant un groupe, à se fixer des objectifs, à gérer ses émotions, à travailler posture dans un futur cadre professionnel.
