L'opération vise à poursuivre la réhabilitation du patrimoine de l'Opac 71 dans le quartier des Prés Saint-Jean à Chalon sur Saône. Le dossier comprend trois bâtiments (A,F et J), situées rue Aristide Briand, pour un total de 441 logements. Les travaux concernent notamment l'isolation par l'extérieur, le remplacement des menuiseries extérieures, le chauffage, la ventilation et l'éclairage. Le projet a pour objectif de passer d'une étiquette D avant travaux à une étiquette B (niveau BBC rénovation) après travaux, et de permettre de réaliser d'importantes économies d'énergie. (French)
