En 2017, le SYMISOA entend poursuivre les travaux de restauration des rivières et zones humides du bassin versant du Sornin dans le cadre du 2ème contrat de rivière Sornin Jarnossin (signé le 20 juin 2017, prévu pour 2017-2021). Les objectifs poursuivis pour chaque opération concernent la restauration de la trame bleue et plus précisément : l’effacement de 5 ouvrages : restaurer la continuité écologique du Sornin, de l’Aaron et du Botoret par effacement complet des ouvrages (rétablissement complet de la continuité piscicole et sédimentaire), dans la continuité des précédents aménagements ou effacements réalisés à l’aval, ou des travaux à venir dans le programme d’actions des prochaines années.
