This operation is part of the development of apprenticeships and alternance and is part of a regional and interconsular approach aimed at welcoming and informing young people and businesses about employment measures and the modalities of apprenticeship and alternance. Facilitating access to employment by increasing awareness of this dual training scheme is the objective which the CCI of Côte d’Or intends to promote in its constituency through a multiplicity of actions: information, promotion, positioning, linking. Indeed, Point A receives young people, families, business leaders and all those interested in alternating and in particular learning. It provides information on trades and sectors. It provides the necessary knowledge for the choice of guidance and validation of a professional project and is intended to facilitate access to and sustainability of learning. It therefore accompanies young people and businesses prior to the signing of the apprenticeship contract by implementing collective actions (meetings, workshops, etc.) and individual actions (corporate immersion courses, orientation interviews, etc.). The Point A Resource Centre facilitates the networking of young people and businesses with the objective of achieving the signing of apprenticeship contracts under sustainable conditions. Cette opération s’inscrit dans le cadre du développement de l’apprentissage et de l’alternance et s’intègre dans une démarche régionale et interconsulaire qui vise à accueillir et informer les jeunes et les entreprises sur les mesures pour l’emploi et les modalités liées à l’apprentissage et à l’alternance. Faciliter l’accès à l’emploi en faisant mieux connaitre ce dispositif de formation en alternance est l’objectif que la CCI de Côte d’Or entend promouvoir dans sa circonscription par le biais d’une multiplicité d’actions : information, promotion, positionnement, mise en relation. En effet, le Point A reçoit des jeunes, des familles, des chefs d’entreprises et toutes les personnes intéressées par l’alternance et notamment l’apprentissage. Il assure une information sur les métiers et les filières. Il apporte les connaissances nécessaires au choix d’orientation et à la validation de projet professionnel et se veut un outil de facilitation à l’accès et à la pérennisation de l’apprentissage. Il accompagne donc les jeunes et les entreprises en amont de la signature du contrat d’apprentissage en mettant en œuvre des actions collectives (réunions, ateliers,…) et individuelles (stages d’immersion en entreprises, entretiens d’orientation,…). Le centre de ressources du Point A facilite la mise en relation des jeunes et des entreprises avec l’objectif de parvenir à la signature de contrats d’apprentissage dans des conditions pérennes.
