The project is to support jobseekers in lifting digital barriers and ownership of communication tools. To this end, various traineeships or training courses will be offered to jobseekers: * Discovery of Windows environment and IT tools: familiarise jobseekers with the use of the IT tool and the necessary tasks: create a folder, create an email address, scan a document, format a document * Search for a job online: how and on which site is it possible to find job offers online * Navigating job store and job cluster * Search for jobs on a smartphone * Use the digital factory to bring young people back to work These various internships will aim to make job seekers self-reliant in their research and to identify beneficiaries who could integrate the PLIE. _Participant data_: A data collection questionnaire will be provided to participants. The data will be received by Mr Benchelef and Mr LEFRANCOIS. Mr FRANCERIES will take care of centralising this data and instructing them on the “mademarchefse” site over the water and at least every month. Mr FRANCERIES will guarantee the confidentiality of the data that will be kept securely. The data, in order to comply with CNIL deliberation No 2014-447 of 13 November 2014 on an opinion on a draft decree on the implementation of an administration teleservice called “My European Social Fund approach”, will be archived on secure servers inaccessible to the public. Le projet consiste à accompagner des demandeurs d'emploi dans la levée des freins numériques et l'appropriation des outils de communication. Pour ce faire, différents stages ou formations seront proposés aux demandeurs d'emploi: * Découverte de l'environnement windows et des outils informatiques: familiariser les demandeurs d'emploi à l'utilisation de l'outil informatique et aux taches nécessaires: création de dossier, création d'une adresse mail, scanner un document, mettre en forme un document * Rechercher un emploi en ligne: comment et sur quel site est-il possible de trouver des offres d'emploi en ligne * Naviguer sur emploi store et sur pôle emploi * Rechercher de l'emploi sur un smartphone * Utiliser la fabrique numérique pour ramener les jeunes à l'emploi Ces différents stages viseront à rendre les demandeurs d'emploi autonomes dans leurs recherches et à identifier des bénéficiaires qui pourraient intégrer le PLIE. _Données des participants_ : Un questionnaire de recueil de données sera remis aux participants. Les données seront receuillis par M. BENCHELEF et M. LEFRANCOIS. M. FRANCERIES s'occupera de centraliser ces données et de les instruire sur le site "mademarchefse" au fil de l'eau et à minima tous les mois. M. FRANCERIES sera garant de la confidentialité des données qui seront conservées en sécurité. Les données, afin de respecter la délibération CNIL n° 2014-447 du 13 novembre 2014 portant avis sur un projet d'arrêté relatif à la mise en œuvre d'un téléservice de l'administration dénommé « Ma démarche Fonds social européen », seront archivées sur des serveurs sécurisés inaccessible au public.
