l'opération a pour objet de remobiliser 50 jeunes de 16 à 25 ans dont la sortie scolaire n’excède pas 4 mois, sans emploi et sans perspective sociale ni professionnelle dans une dynamique de réinsertion professionnelle passant par l’apprentissage et la validation d’un diplôme. Le dispositif proposé par le porteur est un accompagnement individualisé pour que chaque participant puisse définir un projet professionnel réaliste, se confronte aux réalités du métier et acquiert ou valorise les compétences nécessaires via des périodes en immersion en entreprises. La spécificité de cette opération repose sur un accompagnement renforcé vers l’apprentissage. Fort des liens noués avec les CFA et les entreprises du secteur , le porteur propose un panel de moyens pour répondre à une offre de contrat d’apprentissage dans de bonnes conditions (sas de préparation à l’apprentissage, visites de CFA, accompagnement individualisé pour la recherche d’une entreprise, mise en relation entre le jeune et une entreprise, simulations d’entretiens…) . Le porteur a pour objectif l'accompagnement individualisé de 50 NEET de 16 à 25 ans, dont 40 bénéficiant d'une sortie positive.
