In 2017, API25 planned to support people in integration in a range of professional fields as well as social. _**Action 1: professional accompaniment**_ It is especially in the field of masonry that the employee in contract integration will be trained. Above all, it is a question of acquiring a number of **specific skills** requested by a Mason’s assistant position. Other skills are also of interest to a future Mason’s helper: know how to use machine tools used in the profession: the proper handling and use of discs, concrete mixers, generators, brush cutting machines, chainsaws, etc. The construction site also allows the acquisition of skills **methodological** and **transversal**. For example: * master a full day of work respecting regulatory working time, * receive simple instructions and apply them in practice, * adopt the most constant work rhythm possible by demonstrating endurance, * acquire, exercise and apply work techniques, * do careful and reliable work, showing the greatest possible autonomy and productivity, * getting to know and using learning aids and strategies. Skills to which more **personal** and **social** must be added**: * thought and action focused on quality, * positive attitude towards training and work, * careful use of the means and tools of work, * integration into an existing work team, * order and cleanliness in the place of work and in the ancillary premises, * proper behaviour and knowledge in the workplace, in private life and in society. _**Action 2: social accompaniment**_ While work in integration greatly promotes the stability and security of a person in integration, the fact remains that it is a precarious and temporary situation. The social worker’s mission is therefore to regularly monitor the evolution of people in integration, and through the return of construction sites to identify and understand the social problems and the obstacles that prevent workers in integration from finding a job. On the basis of these findings, it helps the employee to put in place solutions which, either allow him to access more stable work, or help stabilise his situation by addressing his most handicapful personal problems. _**In addition (for info but not included in ESF 2017): coordination of accompaniment and development of business relations**_ Since September 2016, API 25 has recruited a support coordinator, who is also responsible for accompanying and developing business relations. Its role is to ensure better monitoring of employees by ensuring constant communication between socio-professional and technical accompaniment, on the one hand, but also with prescribers and other social organisations: the principle being, on the one hand, to optimise the usefulness of switching to API 25 employees in integration, but also not to lose sight of them when they leave. It is also responsible for creating bridges with companies and training organisations in order to promote the construction of the employee’s professional project and its implementation.
