Le projet de l’association consiste à mettre en œuvre différentes actions de suivi des écosystèmes et de la faune, à la fois sur ses parties marines et terrestres, en vue d’améliorer les connaissances nécessaires à la prise de décision s’agissant de la gestion future de la réserve. Le poste de dépense principal sur ce projet concerne la construction et l’achat d’un bateau pour les équipes de terrain de la réserve qui servira à la fois au contrôle et à la réalisation des suivis sur les espaces marins.
