It is within the framework specified above that the project, in conjunction with the Directorate of Youth, Sports and Social Cohesion, the Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights DRDFEFH, the Rectorat, the DIECCTE the Region, that CHANCEGAL proposes to develop actions in all types of structures. This action “Ambition Egalité Mixité” is intended to make possible equal ambition for girls and boys, women and men, whether at school, at work, or in personal life. This action uses several means (training, conference, information meeting, awareness raising, networking, organisation of events, monitoring and tool engineering, data collection and best practices) to: 1) Creating genuine professional equality between women and men 2) Training in the culture of gender equality and its transmission, deconstructing representations and acting in synergy to reduce discriminatory practices and promote equal opportunities 3) Educating mutual respect and equality between girls and boys, women and men 4) Promoting greater diversity of occupations and training streams 5) Communicate, disseminate and organise events (International Women’s Day, day to fight violence against women, 5th edition of the equality film list, Cinematoil’equality Awards, Professional Equality Seminar) 6) Expanding the network of partners around the implementation of equality 7) Develop and share a methodological framework to increase the effectiveness of actions 8) To provide technical assistance to projects within the framework of professional equality or the diversification of professional choices This action takes place in partnership with: * The Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights and Equality between Women and Men (DRDFEHF) * The Rectorate, in particular the Gender Equality Officer and the Academic Service for Information and Guidance (SAIO) * DIECCTE, in particular the Deputy Director for Professional Equality between Women and Men * The University of Réunion * REGION Meeting * The Defender of Rights (English)

    C’est dans le cadre précisé ci-dessus que le projet, en lien avec la Direction de la Jeunesse, des Sports et de la Cohésion Sociale, la Délégation Régionales aux droits des femmes DRDFEFH, le Rectorat, la DIECCTE la Région, que CHANCEGAL propose de développer des actions auprès tout type de structures. Cette action « Ambition Egalité Mixité » est destinée permettre de rendre possible une égale ambition pour les filles et les garçons, les femmes et les hommes que cela soit à l’école, au travail, ou dans la vie personnelle. Cette action utilise plusieurs moyens (formation, conférence, réunion d’information, intervention de sensibilisation, animation de réseau, organisation d’évènementiels, veille et ingénierie d’outils, recueil de données et de bonnes pratiques) pour : 1) Créer l'égalité professionnelle réelle entre les femmes et les hommes 2) Former à la culture de l'égalité entre les sexes et à sa transmission, déconstruire les représentations et agir en synergie pour réduire les pratiques discriminantes et favoriser l'égalité des chances 3) Eduquer au respect mutuel et à l'égalité entre les filles et les garçons, les femmes et les hommes 4) Promouvoir une plus grande mixité des métiers et des filières de formations 5) Communiquer, diffuser et organiser des évènementiels (Journée internationales des femmes, journée de lutte contre les violences faites aux femmes, 5ème édition du palmarès du film de l'égalité, Palmarès Cinétoil'égalité, Séminaire égalité professionnelle) 6) Elargir le réseau de partenaires autour de la mise en œuvre de l'égalité 7) Elaborer et partager un cadre méthodologique pour augmenter l'efficacité des actions 8) Apporter une assistance technique à des projets dans le cadre de l'égalité professionnelle ou de la diversification des choix professionnels Cette action se déroule en partenariat avec : * La Délégation Régionale aux Droits des femmes et à l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes (DRDFEHF) * Le Rectorat, en particulier la chargée de mission égalité entre les filles et les garçons et le Service Académique d’Information et d’Orientation (SAIO) * La DIECCTE, en particulier le Directeur adjoint chargé de l’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes * L’université de la Réunion * La REGION Réunion * Le Défenseur des Droits (French)
