**The project in a few words** La Milo TV is a web TV created and animated by young people from the Local Missions, aimed at young people. During the various sessions set up, young people are supervised and accompanied by professionals to write, shoot and edit the reports that are broadcast on the website of the web TV, but also to promote the media and its contents. **Project organisation** The Milo TV project is organised in the form of 5-day sessions during which a group of participants writes, shoots and mounts a report. The sessions are divided into two clusters: \- the editorial centre which concerns the choice of the subject and the writing of the report; \- the image cluster during which participants rotate and mount the video. As the web TV is regional, a filming team is formed in each structure: Ajaccio — Bastia — Haute Corsica (Ghisonaccia, Corté, Ile Rousse, Vescovato) — Porto-Vecchio South Corsica (Porto-Vecchio, Propriano). These sessions are complemented by a day per week dedicated to the promotion of videos and, more broadly, the web TV. It’s the communication hub. For each session, the groups are made up of up to 8 young people to allow each to be active. The scope of the project, the presence of several teams and the multiplicity of stakeholders also require good cross-cutting coordination as well as important animation. The ARML in Corsica mobilises its resources internally and builds on the Emaho Digital Creativity Association, which makes available the professional stakeholders who mentor young people and supports it on the coordination of the project. **Workshop 1: Editorial hub** The reports broadcast on Milo TV aim to portray the voice of young people on the various topics that concern them. Following a meeting between young Bastiais and the President of ARML, issues had been defined and now dealt with by young people in order to give them a framework in which they could freely express themselves. General themes: \- Employment and training \- Culture \- Living together “Inseme” \- Sport and infrastructure \- Innovation \- Mobility, Health, Housing Each month is devoted to one of its themes in order to maintain a coherent editorial line and to encourage exchanges and expression among young people on the subject. It is the Citizen Committee of Young Corsicans, created in line with the web TV, which defines for each theme the topics that could be dealt with in the videos of Milo TV. At the end of each of its meetings, he then sends a list of topics to the Milo TV teams who will then make their choice. At the start of each session, an editorial centre is organised to: \- Choose the subject from the list sent by the Citizen Committee \- Define the video format: reportage, micro-sider, fiction, humorous format... \- Prepare the script, the interviews to be carried out or the texts if young people are involved in the video \- Contacting, locating places. **Workshop n°2: Image cluster** At the end of the editorial cluster, the group of participants is ready to make the video. It is therefore a matter of filming and editing the video on the chosen subject. This video is then transmitted to the Communication Division for distribution. **Atelier°3: Communication pole** A communication hub has been set up to ensure the media’s visibility. The young people who participate are involved in the dissemination of the reports on the website of the web TV, the promotion on social networks (community management), the creation of the necessary communication materials and the implementation of original communication actions. For logistical issues, the project communication team is based only in Bastia. **Project coordination** The scope of the project requires significant coordination from ARML: \- Coordinate the planning according to the requests of the Local Missions but also the availability of speakers, \- Organise, in connection with Local Missions, information and recruitment of young people, \- Organise and participate in framing meetings with Emaho, \- Ensure editorial coordination in order to maintain the homogeneity of the content distributed, \- Ensure coordination between editorial/tourning and communication (Ex: link on the themes dealt with, delivery of the reports shot and mounted to the communication team for distribution/provision of communication elements to the filming teams who will carry out the editing of the reports...), \- Mobility of audiovisual material in all Corsica. \- Administrative and financial monitoring of the project.
