In accordance with the expectations of the Urban Travel Plan of Troyes Champagne Métropole validated in January 2014 and the protocol of intent linking the agglomeration community to the State, the Champagne Ardenne Region, the Departmental Council of Dawn, the city of Troyes, SNCF Réseau and SNCF Mobility, the main principles of this urban project have been defined on the basis of a feasibility study and are as follows: The urban requalification of this sector: treatment and rationalisation of parking lots, requalification of roads and sidewalks, creation of a green road, landscape approval -The release of a land reserve intended for the establishment of an economic activity The requalification work of the Troyes railway station is part of a global project and covers several areas: —Station park, -Boulevard Carnot — Bus station -Short-term parking area -Zone taxi/bus -Carrefour Perier/Gambetta/Carnot/Ravelin, also called “station entrance” in some (English)

    L'espace urbain du quartier de la gare de Troyes est confronté à un ensemble de dysfonctionnement qui à terme, entrave sin évolution : stationnement sauvage et anarchique, absence d'espace urbain qualitatif...De plus, ce quartier est un des principaux axes de circulation de la ville. La requalification urbaine de ce secteur doit donc répondre à plusieurs enjeux : redonner sa place au quartier de la gare à l'échelle de la ville centre et créer un nouveau pôle d'activité économique.
