Le chantier d'insertion est un outil dans un dispositif devant permettre l'accès à l'emploi, ou tout au moins favoriser la progression sur le chemin de l'emploi en s'appuyant sur la réalité et les atouts d'un contrat de travail. Pour mener à bien cette mission OCEAN gère 11 chantiers d'insertion réparti sur 5 axes : Axe vert (3 chantiers) avec de l'entretien et l'aménagement des espaces verts. Axe Entretien et Rénovation Urbaine (3 chantiers) avec des travaux de nettoyage, d'entretien et de rénovation des espaces urbain. Axe bâtiment (3 chantiers) avec divers travaux de maçonnerie (gros oeuvre, second oeuvre, patrimoine immobilier, mobilier urbain). Un chantier maraîchage avec une production et vente de légumes BIO Un chantier métier de bouche, pour la préparation de repas et le service en salle. Chaque encadrant gère un équipe d'une douzaine de salariés en insertion. (French)
