The Atelier et Chantier d’Insertion Avenir “Valorisation of the environment and built heritage” will allow the recruitment and social and professional support of 8 people (i.e. 5.92 FTEs), benefiting from an IAE approval, employees in CDDI (fixed-term integration contract). Special attention will be paid when recruiting beneficiaries of the RSA, who are jobseekers less than 16 months old. It will support the development of heritage and the environment in the Community of Municipalities of Riom, Limagne and Volcanos: * Landscaping of the landscape * Development and maintenance of hiking trails * Valorisation of the banks of the Ambène: the support of the ACI AVENIR “Valorisation of the environment and the built heritage” thus allows the setting up of the work situation of the public welcomed, by works related to the environment and restoration of the built heritage. The support is largely based on the skills and know-being identified on the site to make a professional project emerge, taking into account, of course, the various obstacles that may hinder it. L’Atelier et Chantier d’Insertion Avenir « Valorisation de l’environnement et du patrimoine bâti » permettra l’embauche l’accueil et l’accompagnement social et professionnel de 8 personnes (soit 5,92 ETP), bénéficiant d’un agrément IAE, salariés en CDDI (contrat à durée déterminée d’insertion). Une attention particulière sera donnée lors du recrutement aux bénéficiaires du RSA, demandeurs d’emploi de moins de 16 mois. Il aura pour support la mise en valeur du patrimoine et de l’environnement sur la Communauté de communes de Riom, Limagne et Volcans : * Aménagement du patrimoine paysager * Aménagement et entretien des chemins de randonnées * Valorisation des berges de l’Ambène : entretien de la Coulée Verte * Restauration du patrimoine bâti sur le territoire Le support de l'ACI AVENIR « Valorisation de l’environnement et du patrimoine bâti » permet ainsi la mise en situation de travail du public accueilli, par des travaux liés à l’environnement et restauration du patrimoine bâti. L'accompagnement s'appuie largement sur les compétences et savoir-être repérés sur le chantier pour faire émerger un projet professionnel en tenant compte, bien entendu, des différents freins à lever qui peuvent y faire obstacle.
