The acquisition of new skills and the valorisation of these are milestones for employees on their way to integration. They will allow them to rebound positively, project themselves and build themselves socio-professionally. At the end of the course, each employee on an integration path, in collaboration with the Insertion Mission Officer, will have in hand a Personal and Professional Project which he/she himself has developed and built in partnership with the teaching team as part of his/her integration path. For the installation of these 6 insert kiosks, 12 employees will be recruited and trained in the construction of commercial wooden works. L’acquisition de nouvelles compétences et la valorisation de ces dernières sont des jalons pour les salariés en parcours d'insertion. Elles leur permettront de rebondir positivement, de se projeter et de se construire sur le plan socio - professionnel. En fin de parcours, chaque salarié en parcours d'insertion, en collaboration avec le Chargé de mission Insertion aura en main un Projet Personnel et Professionnel qu’il aura lui-même élaboré et construit en partenariat avec l’équipe pédagogique dans le cadre de son parcours d’insertion. Pour le montage de ces 6 kiosques en insertion, 12 salariés en parcours d'insertion seront recrutés et formés sur la construction d’ouvrages commerciaux en bois. Une telle production requiert de mettre en place les activités suivantes : * L’accompagnement socioprofessionnel renforcé des salariés en parcours d'insertion, * La formation professionnelle des salariés en parcours d'insertion par l’apprentissage et le travail, * La mise en place de missions professionnelles réalisées par les salariés en parcours d'insertion en termes de production, (French)
