This project consists of the formation of people, for the establishment of new activities of animation around the donkey and mule in the territory of the NMP. The aim will be to remobilise and qualify people in difficulties for their sustainable social and professional integration. _Three separate actions have been planned to achieve this_: 1\. training of participants 2\. socio-professional support (ASP) 3\. production: an integration workshop is proposed, as it incorporates: \- the training of the participants, the social dimension of a project — the setting up of an activity on site closely linked to the theoretical training programme provided for the immediate employability of post-integration participants — the confrontation with the requirements of the profession and knowledge of the world of work — taking into account the principles of equality between men and women, equal opportunities and non-discrimination — socio-professional support to remove all the obstacles that would hinder the training, qualification and remobilisation of the participants, the latter receive an hourly salary on the basis of SMIC in return for their activity over a period of 24 months. Ce projet consiste en la formation de personnes, pour la mise en place d'activités nouvelles d'animations autour de l'âne et du mulet sur le territoire du PNM. Il s'agira de remobiliser et qualifier des personnes en difficultés pour leur insertion sociale et professionnelle durable. _Trois actions distinctes ont été prévues pour y parvenir_ : 1\. la formation des participants 2\. l'accompagnement socio-professionnel (ASP) 3\. la production : les activités d'animations Un atelier chantier d'insertion est proposé, car il intègre : \- la formation des participants, la dimension sociale d'un projet - la mise en situation d'activité sur site en lien étroit avec le programme de formation théorique dispensé pour l'employabilité immédiate des participants post- parcours d'insertion - la confrontation aux exigences du métier et la connaissance du monde du travail - la prise en compte des principes d'égalité femme-homme, d'égalité des chances et de non-discrimination - l'accompagnement socio-professionnel pour lever tous les freins qui gêneraient la formation, la qualification et la remobilisation des participants, ces derniers reçoivent un salaire horaire sur la base du SMIC en contrepartie de leur activité sur une durée de 24 mois.
