    La structure possède un agrément pour accueillir 10, 29 ETP soit sur une année 15 à 20 salariés polyvalents. La mission de l’ACI étant de mettre en place un ensemble de moyens tendant à remobiliser et donner des atouts à des personnes en difficulté (allocataires de minima sociaux, chômeurs de longue durée, travailleurs reconnus handicapés, jeunes peu qualifiés). Dans le cadre de son activité économique l’ACI propose aux personnes un contrat de travail temporaire CDDI et met en œuvre des modalités spécifiques d’accueil et d’accompagnement en vue de faciliter leur insertion professionnelle. L’emploi proposé comporte un fort investissement du salarié dans la formation au poste de travail et la formation professionnelle externe en lien avec son projet. L’accompagnement socioprofessionnel et pédagogique est assuré par 3 salariés permanents : 2 encadrents techniques (2 ETP) et une assistante socioprofessionnelle (0,50 ETP _)_. (French)
