In 2013, the City of Bordeaux wanted to develop an action for this public of women and men in difficulty through an Article 30 contract (contract with adapted procedure) dedicated to the maintenance of public spaces and/or buildings. It is for the provider (Insert'Net) who has been selected by the beneficiary (the City of Bordeaux) to offer enhanced support both in terms of daily life and at the professional level for a return of participants to employment. Insert'net must ensure the provision of equipment adapted to the work to be carried out and the completion in-house or subcontracting of a volume of training hours adapted to the needs of the participants. In order to implement this activity, it must rely on two types of support: social support (access to rights, housing, health, etc.) and support for vocational integration (training on maintaining public spaces, raising awareness of the world of work and upgrading). The city renewed this operation in 2016 in order to encourage enrolment in social and professional integration pathways, people who had taken part in the action in 2014 and 2015, as well as new people. The aim is to promote the social and occupational integration of those furthest from employment by enabling them to acquire or develop new skills. Since the beginning of 2013, Insert'net has accompanied 54 persons under the Article 30 contract. In order to favour a logic of continuity of path, particularly important in the support of those very remote from employment, such as those followed by Insert'net, employment contracts can be renewed for 24 months. In 2015, 9 people left the system, including 4 positive outputs (training, CDD). 8 people were able to take advantage of a period of immersion in companies to check their professional project and 7 people redirected to employment. The fourth year will allow continuity of the paths started in 2014 and 2015 for 11 people and will allow the integration of new audiences to reach the figure of 72 people integrated into the scheme over 4 years. In accordance with the act of undertaking, the renewal was effected at the end of 2015 in so far as the service provider is satisfied. (English)

(French)
