Set up in 2004, the technical assistance unit offered considerable assistance to project promoters of the Paris Academy both in the preparation of files and in the follow-up of actions in compliance with the Community management rules. Based on this experience gained in managing actions co-financed by the ESF under the 2000-2006 and 2007-2013 programming, the GIP-FCIP positioned itself as an intermediate body and was notified in February 2015 for the award of a global grant for the Regional Operational Programme of France 2014-2020. As an intermediary body, it was entrusted with the programming and management of a financial envelope of EUR 11 224 000 from the European Social Fund. The objective of supporting the construction of projects on axis 5 of the ESF Department of the Académie de Paris is to: — to coordinate and ensure the promotion of the co-financing of academic projects by the ESF on the Regional Operational Programme Ile de France towards project promoters, with a view to encouraging ESF co-financed projects, — to provide specific support for the assembly to facilitate the emergence of projects, — to provide specific support for the monitoring and animation of projects in order to facilitate the implementation and eligibility of administrative and financial actions and documents, (English) | |||||||||||||||

Mise en place en 2004, la cellule d'assistance technique a offert une aide considérable aux porteurs de projets de l'académie de Paris tant dans le montage des dossiers que dans le suivi des actions dans le respect des règles de gestion communautaires Fort de cette expérience acquise en matière de gestion d'actions cofinancées par le FSE au titre de la programmation 2000-2006 et 2007-2013, le GIP-FCIP s'est positionné en tant qu'organisme intermédiaire et a été notifié en février 2015 pour l'octroi d'une subvention globale pour le Programme Opérationnel Régional ile de France 2014-2020. Devenu organisme intermédiaire, il s'est vu confié, la programmation et la gestion d'une enveloppe financière de11 224 000euros de Fonds social européen. L'appui au montage de projet sur l'axe 5 du Département FSE de l'Académie de Paris a pour objectif : - de coordonner et assurer la promotion du cofinancement des projets académiques par le FSE sur le Programme Opérationnel Régional Ile de France en direction des porteurs de projet, en vue d'impulser des projets cofinancés FSE, - d'apporter un appui spécifique au montage pour faciliter l'émergence des projets, - d'apporter un appui spécifique au suivi et à l'animation des projets pour faciliter le déroulement et l'éligibilité des actions et pièces administratives et financières, (French)
