In order to combat early school leaving and early school leaving, measures will be taken to prevent or encourage the exit of situations of tension or crisis. Actions will target young people in CM2 in the context of the CM2/6 transition, middle school students or high school students, who will be able to benefit in particular from training in peer mediation and non-violent communication. These young people are enrolled in PSAD territories with a dropout rate of more than 8 % or are enrolled in institutions located in priority urban policy neighbourhoods, in priority education, or living or attending school in areas at risk of school failure. Afin de lutter contre le décrochage et l’abandon scolaires, des actions seront menées pour prévenir ou favoriser la sortie de situation de tension ou crise. Des actions cibleront des jeunes en CM2 dans le cadre de la transition CM2/6ème, des collégiens ou des lycéens qui pourront ainsi bénéficier notamment de formation à la médiation entre pairs et à la communication non violente. Ces jeunes sont scolarisés dans des territoires de PSAD présentant un taux de décrocheurs supérieur à 8 % ou scolarisés dans des établissements situés dans les quartiers prioritaires de la politique de la ville, en éducation prioritaire ou résidants ou scolarisés dans des zones à risque d’échec scolaire . D’autres actions seront destinées aux acteurs scolaires pour renforcer leur formation dans divers domaines de prévention tels : -La sensibilisation ou la formation aux problématiques de l’adolescence (relations filles / garçons, sexualité…) -La construction d’une posture d’autorité éducative -L’acquisition de compétences en gestion de conflits à l’écoute des adolescents dans le traitement des phénomènes de harcèlement entre élèves -L’acquisition de savoir-faire dans l’accueil des familles. D’autres encore viseront à renforcer la professionnalisation des équipes du CAAEE •Organisation de séances de travail en interne avec des universitaires ou experts Participation à des conférences ou séminaires nationaux et internationaux (French)
