L’insertion professionnelle des personnes avec autisme est un enjeu majeur de reconnaissance des droits, d’inclusion et de participation sociale qui, malgré quelques initiatives remarquables, est longtemps resté dans l’ombre des politiques publiques. Ce dispositif d’aide à l’insertion professionnelle des adultes avec autisme répond à un besoin identifié par les professionnels de santé et les associations de parents : besoin d’un accompagnement individualisé et adapté à chaque adulte afin de les réinscrire dans un parcours professionnel. Le projet vise à favoriser l’insertion professionnelle des adultes en situation d’autisme en Seine-et-Marne et sécuriser leurs parcours professionnels par intégration aux dispositifs de formation, d’emploi de droit commun. Replacer la personne autiste dans la société et accéder à un niveau d’autonomie suffisant pour aborder la vie professionnelle. (French)
